We cannot exist without protein, therefore Edible Gelatin - a pure and easily digestible protein - is a particularly important part of our diet. The raw material for gelatin manufacture is the naturally occurring protein collagen, which is sourced from bone or fresh skin of pig and cattle. The process of converting collagen into gelatin involves several cleansing and purification steps, the detailed is as follow:

2) Many factories and various certificates
We obtain three factories to produce gelatin, one factory is using bone to produce gelatin,
The other one is using beef skin to produce gelatin with halal certificate,
The third factory using pigskin to manufacture gelatin.
